By engaging with Your First Website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences on your website. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the website, prior to it going live.
Clients have a period of two (2) months from the date the deposit is paid to submit all content (text, images, and other necessary materials) for the website. Failure to provide the required content within this time frame may result in delays and potential additional charges.
Clients are entitled to two (2) review sessions of the website design prior to the site going live. Any additional revisions beyond the included two reviews may incur additional charges.
If you opt for our full hosting services, you are entitled to thirty (30) minutes of updates per month at no additional cost. Any updates exceeding this time will be billed at an hourly rate. Additionally, the website will be backed up on a rolling seven (7) day basis, allowing for recovery of data in most instances within that timeframe.
A free SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is included with our hosting services. If the website is hosted in part by us or by another company, an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) will be provided at an extra cost. If your website is not working for any reason and we are hosting it, let us know and we will aim to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Failure to pay the monthly hosting fee will result in the website and email being suspended until payment is made.
The standard size for the mailbox associated with your website is 500MB. This can be increased for an annual cost. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor and manage the mailbox storage quota. If the mailbox exceeds its quota, clients may incur additional charges for overages.
Your First Website will not be held liable for any damages or issues that arise from delayed content submission, failure to manage mailbox quotas, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting the data recovery process. The website will be created with the information provided by the client. Any spelling or grammar errors in the provided content will not be our responsibility.
Your First Website reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
